Terms & Conditions
Last updated 10 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Meet Bill, a meeting time and cost tracking service available at meetbill.co. Meet Bill is provided by MCG1919 Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered address at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ ("we", "us", "our"). When you use Meet Bill, you are contracting with MCG1919 Limited.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, starting a meeting timer, or otherwise continuing to use Meet Bill, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
If you are using Meet Bill on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into a contract.
2. What Meet Bill does
Meet Bill lets an organisation record how long its meetings last and estimate what that time costs, based on hourly cost figures the organisation enters itself. It produces dashboards and a monthly summary from that data. Meet Bill does not record, transcribe or monitor the content of meetings.
Cost figures produced by Meet Bill are estimates derived from the information you supply. They are not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice, and you should not rely on them as the sole basis for any decision.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly at support@meetbill.co if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Administrators can invite other people in their organisation to administer the account. Anyone you invite as an administrator will be able to see the organisation's people, hourly cost figures, meetings and totals.
4. Licence and acceptable use
Subject to these terms and to payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Meet Bill for your own internal business purposes within the plan you have selected.
You must not:
- use Meet Bill for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law;
- use it for fraud, spam or any deceptive practice;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, attempting to bypass access controls, or scraping data;
- reverse engineer, decompile or copy any part of the service;
- resell, sublicense or redistribute the service, or circumvent any technical or plan limits;
- enter personal data about individuals where you have no lawful basis to do so, or use Meet Bill to monitor individual employees rather than to understand meeting costs.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the information you enter into Meet Bill — organisation details, people and team names, hourly cost figures, meeting names and ratings. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that information solely in order to provide the service to you.
6. Our intellectual property
We retain all ownership of Meet Bill and everything in it, including the software, interface, documentation, the Meet Bill name, the Bill character and all associated branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.
7. Service availability
We work to keep Meet Bill available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may carry out maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
8. Payment, subscriptions and refunds
Meet Bill is sold on a monthly or annual subscription. Prices are shown on our pricing page and are charged in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund commitment is set out in our Refund Policy.
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account or through Paddle. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if payment is not made, if we reasonably believe there is a security or fraud risk, or if there are repeated or serious violations of our acceptable use rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will contact you first and give you a chance to put things right.
When your subscription ends, you can ask us to export your organisation's data. We will keep it available for 30 days after the end of the subscription, after which it may be deleted.
10. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data or loss of goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from the information you put into Meet Bill, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Meet Bill after that means you accept the updated terms.
13. General
You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
